Returns Policy

Returns
If you’re unhappy with our clothing, please let us know. Our exchange policy gives you 30 days after shipment to exchange an outfit (i.e. if 30 days have passed since we shipped, you will be unable to exchange)
To be eligible for a return, an outfit must be *in re-saleable condition, meaning unused and in the same condition and original packaging, complete with tags, accessories and other ‘gifts’ received.

Exchanges
Once we receive your returned purchase, we will inspect it and notify you by mail/phone, and if your return is approved, we will request to know what you want in its stead.

Price
Items chosen as replacement must be of the same value or higher in value, and price differences must be settled, with shipment paid before the replacement item is shipped.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for items exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
